Service Description
aissurance provides an EU AI Act compliance automation platform. Our service includes risk classification, evidence management, and regulatory document generation.
Accounts and Subscription
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Subscription fees are billed monthly in EUR
- Free tier is limited to 1 AI system and basic classification features
Data Ownership
- You retain all rights to your AI system data, evidence, and generated documents
- aissurance processes your data solely to provide the compliance service
- You may export all data at any time in JSON/CSV format
Service Availability
- We target 99.9% uptime for the platform
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance
- No service-level agreement is provided for the free tier
Limitation of Liability
- aissurance provides compliance automation tools, not legal advice
- Generated documents should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before submission
- We are not liable for regulatory penalties arising from use of our platform
Termination
- Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
- Upon termination, you may export your data or request crypto-shredding
